Small breast size is a big problem for women nowadays. All they want is to increase their breast size. An effective yoga asana which helps you stretch your pectoral muscles and enhances blood circulation in your breast region. At first, you need to lie down on a flat surface with your body and face facing the surface. Keep your feet joined and your hands next to your breast. Now you have to breathe in and lift up your torso upwards with your face watching the ceiling. Hold this posture for 5 seconds before going back to the initial position. Practice this every day, one set of 12 to 15 repetitions.
Dwikonasan or Double Angle Pose – The double angle pose is bit complicated,but when you practice it regularly, it’s not a big deal. It is considered as one of the best asanas for breast size enlargement. All you need to do is, stand in a position with your legs spread apart and arms at the back. Interlock your fingers and bend down with your arms stretching upward. Hold this posture for 5 seconds and then move back to the initial position. A single set of 10 repetitions is enough for a day.
Ushtasana or the Camel Pose – This asana has a number of good effects on your body like, it maintains digestion, skeletal circulatory, lymphatic, respiration system, endocrine and controls the fat stored in the body. It helps in giving your breast a firm shape. To do this asana, you have to sit on your knees stretched apart a bit. Bend backwards so that your back is in an arch posture with your face downwards. Touch your feet with your hands to keep the support on. Stay in this posture for 5 seconds and then return to the initial position. Repeat this asana ten times in a single set for a day. Practice daily.
For the above asana, don’t hold your breath while performing yoga. You can also perform Gowmukhasan and Stabdhasan for increasing the breast size naturally. All the asana mentioned above are for increasing the breast size naturally as it targets the chest muscles.
